# Overview

LP pools for each trading pair are **independent** of each other and consist of only the index token and quote token for the pair.

[Providing liquidity](https://myxfinance.gitbook.io/myx/tutorials/how-to-trade-on-arbitrum-one-and-linea/provide-liquidity) to a pool rewards LPs with MLP tokens that will appreciate in value as the pool receives **40%** of the related transaction fees, a portion of funding fees and profits and losses related to closure of positions.
